Does this include the fee for receiving USD into Payoneer in the UAE?
No. The figures start with money already in your Payoneer USD balance. Any receiving fee is separate.

How we calculated it
For each payment amount, we took each provider’s USD fees in the order charged. We converted what was left to AED at the same daily rate, then took any local bank-withdrawal fee.
