Does this include the fee for receiving USD into Payoneer in China?
No. The figures start with money already in your Payoneer USD balance. Any receiving fee is separate.

How we calculated it
For each payment amount, we took each provider’s USD fees in the order charged. We converted what was left to CNY at the same daily rate, then took any local bank-withdrawal fee.

We used 1 USD = 6.7 CNY, from Open Exchange Rates on 19 September 2026.
